Ordering and Payment

1. Select your lens strength and quantity from the drop down menus.

2. Click 'Add To Cart'.

3. Check the cart contents.

4. If you have finished shopping, click 'CheckOut'.

5. Complete the 'Customer Details' table.

6. Click 'Submit Form' and wait for the WorldPay window to download.

7. Select your payment method by card PayPal or BACS.

8. Enter your details and submit them to WorldPay for payment authorisation.

1. WorldPay will authorise your payment.

2. The payment is debited from your account.

3. A 'Transaction Status' webpage will be shown.

4. You receive auto-response confirmation emails from WorldPay and us.

5. You then receive your item(s) within 5 working days (UK) or within 9 working days (outside UK).

6. If payment unauthorised, a webpage will be shown listing alternative payment methods.

8. You will receive an auto-response confirmation of order email from us.

9. An emailed image of your prescription is required.

10. For reglaze, send frame and prescription to us.

1. Prescription glasses are ready within 7 working days.

2. An email is tghen sent linking to a form on a secure webpage.

3. Complete the form to pay by card, PayPal or BACS.

4. Once payment is received, your glasses are sent.

5. You then receive your item(s) within 5 working days (UK) or within 9 working days (outside UK).

6. If payment unauthorised, a webpage will be shown listing alternative payment methods.
