Multi-coloured reading glasses can be used to alleviate an eye error known as presbyopia, which occurs during middle age, usually beginning in the 40s. When people develop presbyopia, they find the need to hold printed materials at arm's length in order to focus properly. Presbyopia is caused by an age-related process generally believed to stem from a gradual loss of flexibility in the natural lens inside the eye.

To overcome presbyopia, corrective lenses are required for near vision activities. Our corrective multi-coloured reading glasses consist of a light-weight design with a frame that is mottled in a variety of colours. The background colour comes in either white, dark blue, red or blue and the overlaid patterns are singular to each pair of glasses. The eyecatching colouration gives the colored reading eyeglasses uniqueness that will make the wearer stand out from the crowd. Free with each pair is a neck cord that matches the background colour of the frames, so that the glasses can be kept close at hand.
